Dear Resident or Business,

After review of the fund drive returns for the last four years we the, Rohrerstown Fire Company, have decided to implement a Cost Recovery Billing Program. This program will help offset the cost of materials and equipment used while responding and mitigating a call for service to you or other residences and businesses in our primary response area. We are still providing these services on a volunteer basis we are just billing for material and equipment used. This will help us to continue to provide you with the best professional service you have come to expect from Rohrerstown Fire Company.

Rohrerstown Fire Company has chosen to utilize Revenue Rescue to facilitate the billing our behalf. Both they and we will make every effort to bill insurance if it is possible. If for any reason you have a question about your bill and or cannot make full payment PLEASE call Revenue Rescue. Their contact information is in your billing statement. We communicate with them on a regular basis.

NO ADVERSE ACTION WILL BE TAKEN IF YOU CANNOT REMIT FULL PAYMENT!

The idea of the program is to recoup as much of the cost as possible, not to damage your credit worthiness and financial status. If you have any issues please call Revenue Rescue. The contact info for Revenue Rescue is in your billing statement. We appreciate your attention to this matter.
